It is our policy to respond to notices of alleged infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and other applicable intellectual property laws. Responses may include removing material claimed to be the subject of infringing activity on Musikord and/or terminating user accounts. If we take such actions, we will make a good faith effort to contact the submitter of the content so that a counter-notice may be made in accordance with sections 512(g)(2) and (3) of the DMCA. We will also maintain documentation of all notices of alleged infringement that we act upon.

Notice of Infringement

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent of the owner of a work appearing on our site and believe that any Musikord user has infringed your copyright, you may submit a notice under the DMCA by sending us a written notice of infringement. Your notice must include the following items:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
2. Identification of the material you claim to be infringing the copyrighted work listed in item #1, or that is the subject of infringing activity. You must identify each separate item of infringing material.
3. Sufficient information to allow us to easily locate the material in question.
4. Your complete contact information (email address, phone number, and mailing address).
5. Identification of the individual/user on our platform who allegedly infringed the copyright, to assist us in verifying the claim.
6. The following statement in your notice: “I have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted material described above is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”
7. The following statement in your notice: “I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the exclusive rights owner that is allegedly infringed.”
8. Your physical or electronic signature.
