NTRL, sebelumnya bernama Netral, adalah sebuah kelompok musik yang bergenre Rock alternatif dibentuk pada bulan November tahun 1991. Awal kemunculan kelompok ini ialah pada klip video berjudul Wa..lah di stasiun televisi MTV Indonesia yang saat itu masih kerja sama dengan ANTV. Tembang ini merupakan andalan album perdana yang dijadikan klip video pada era rock alternatif sedang berjaya pada 1990-an. Saat dibentuk, kelompok ini terdiri dari tiga personel, yaitu Bagus Dhanar Dhana (Bagus) - vokal dan bassis, Gabriel Bimo Sulaksono (Bimo) - drummer, Ricky Dayandani (Miten) - gitaris.
Dari perjalanan dekade 90-an tersebut saat ini hanya menyisakan Bagus sebagai pendiri yang bertahan. Posisi penabuh dan gitaris telah digantikan oleh Eno Gitara Ryanto (Eno) dan Christopher Bollemeyer (Coki). Sama halnya dengan label, dari label arus utama, sekarang mereka berdiri dengan bendera sendiri bernama Kancut Records.
