The Dance Company adalah kelompok musik (band) dari Indonesia. Personel The Dance Company terdiri dari Embot (drum), Riyo (vokal), Wega (bass), dan Bebe (gitar). Jalur musik yang dipilih adalah pop-rock. The Dance Company sudah membuat album mini. Album tersebut berisikan enam lagu termasuk lagu 'Papa Rock n Roll' yang menjadi jagoannya.
The Dance Company terbentuk karena kebersamaan keempat personel mengikuti KTT Pemanasan Global di Bali pada tahun 2007 silam. Nama band yang mengusung berbagai genre musik ini pun diambil dari sebuah nama toko di pulau dewata. Mereka mengaku membentuk band hanya untuk sekadar fun belaka. Karena menurut mereka kebanyakan orang membentuk band agar laku.
