T-Five adalah grup musik beraliran Pop dengan sentuhan R&B serta Hip-hop yang mulai tenar pada awal tahun 2000-an. Mereka telah merilis empat album, T-Five (2001), Bebas (2003), Back To Back (2005), dan The Legacy (2008).T-Five berdomisili di kota Bandung - Jawa Barat, Indonesia.
T-Five berasal dari band sekolah. Nama itu pun sebenarnya singkatan dari Twenty-Five. Twenty karena anggotanya waktu itu lima anak SMA 20 Bandung. Sejalan waktu, beberapa anggotanya keluar dan masuk beberapa orang dari SMA lain. Yang masih bertahan tinggal Yerry dan Gordon. Seperti banyak band, T-Five juga merangkak dari kafe ke kafe. Lebih dari itu, awalnya jenis sajian musik yang diusung berupa acapella. Dan ciri itu masih menonjol dengan empat orang vokalis.
