Bersama Base Jam berhasil merilis album BERMIMPI (1996), BASE JAM 2 (1997), TIGA (1998), SINERGI (2000), DARI HATI (2001) dan DUA SISI (2004). Pada November 2006 Sigit bergabung bersama Choki (bassis), Wally (drummer) dan Inos (gitaris) kembali membentuk grup musik NuFa. NuFa sendiri singkatan dari Nu atau New (baru) dan Fa (fa) yang berarti nada keempat dalam musik. Artinya bahwa empat orang yang ada di NuFa bakal memadukan nada dan lirik yang harmonis.
Sementara itu, Sigit yang pernah bermain dalam beberapa serial TV / sinetron seperti MIMPI-MIMPI JOICE dan beberapa FTV, menikah dengan Tri Hadiati Prihantini pada 10 November 2007. Di mana sebelumnya Sigit pernah menjalin hubungan dengan bintang sinetron Niken Oktopraditia dan juga dengan adik kandung pedangdut Nini Karlina, Fitri Karlina.
